Volunteer Opportunities
Mission Welcome Home teams are a vital part of what makes CJM’s work possible. With clients moving in and out throughout the year, these team members assist with cleaning and staging apartments for the newest resident- creating a safe and welcoming place to call home.
- Weekday and weekend shifts are availalbe.
- Teams of 4 or more work together. Most shifts last between 2-4 hours.
- For new volunteers, a training will be conducted with our Volunteer Coordinator prior to scheduling your shift.

We are always recruiting volunteers who express an interest in helping us make our events a success! From trivia night and re-entry simulations to planning our annual gala, we invite your time and talent to create meaningful and memorable experiences for our guests!
Our CJM office is a hub of activity—from answering calls and distributing Start Here STL guides to welcoming clients as they arrive for services. With flexible volunteer shifts available, we’re always looking for warm, welcoming individuals to help us create a safe and inviting space for all who walk through our doors.
