Sarah Topal was appointed Executive Director in June 2024.  Sarah holds a BS in psychology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an MSW with an individualized concentration in mental health and justice-involved adults from The Brown School of Social Work at Washington University at St. Louis.  Prior to joining CJM, she served as Chief Quality and Research officer at Concordance and has over 17 years of experience serving justice-involved individuals.
