Danelle Douthit is the Director of Programs. She started her journey with the organization in 2016 working as a FIRST Services Liaison helping clients with their basic needs. From there, she became a case manager for the Release to Rent Lite program and then became the Manager of FIRST Services. In her current position, she supervises the FIRST Services Liaisons, the case managers and she is the point of contact for interns and practicum students. Danelle has a Masters degree in Criminal Justice from Lindenwood University.

Danelle works at CJM because she believes in changing the lives of one of society's most vulnerable populations with compassion.
